Marketing & Content Associate

The Snuggle Bugz Marketing Team is responsible for designing and delivering customer-centric, best-in-class strategic marketing programs that drive our company philosophy of building confidence in families navigating the early stages of parenthood forward. The Marketing & Content Associate will work cross-functionally, influencing and supporting multiple stakeholders in the delivery of highly effective marketing programs based on deep customer and product understanding in order to deliver on our marketing targets. This position will also lead the development and execution of the Snuggle Bugz content strategy to support educational and informational needs along the customer buying journey.

This position requires a flexible and creative thinker, with ability to multitask projects of varying levels of complexity and one who is able to collaborate and coordinate efforts across teams to accomplish goals on deadline. The Marketing & Content Associate will also require an understanding of how to research market trends and find key conversations to create compelling and unique content. The position will take an active role in the planning and execution of special projects, programs and events directly related to enhancing the overall Snuggle Bugz customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development, implementation and execution of the Snuggle Bugz marketing strategy by providing strategic creative input into strong, unique campaigns that will drive consumer engagement and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with brand partners in the development and execution of brand media partnership plans and co-marketing opportunities
  • Working with the Director of Marketing to assist in the development of key marketing concepts that meet the needs and objectives of Snuggle Bugz, vendors and partners
  • Measure and maximize marketing channel performance and conduct ROI analysis
  • Plan and produce multimedia content, managing content relationships, creation, and performance
  • Take an active role in conducting market research, reviewing factors like industry trends, marketing communications and competitive analysis and be able to communicate findings clearly and concisely

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • College or University degree in Marketing, Communications, English or other related field

Preferred Knowledge & Experience In:

  • Producing concise, effective and engaging content for different marketing channels and audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo by suggesting opportunities for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of web analytics, including Google Analytics

Nestled Sales Advisor

They say it takes a village to raise a little one. Here at Nestled, we are excited to be that village for new parents navigating those first stages of parenthood. Currently we are missing a critical link (aka YOU) and seeking a candidate armed with passion for building meaningful relationships with our friends (aka customers). 

A Nestled Sales Advisor must be friend oriented, energetic with strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to absorb and retain extensive product information. Responsibilities include assisting friends in furniture product selection, handling cash/credit transactions, and merchandising product.

Responsibilities:

  • Friend focused
  • Product expert: Assist friends in finding the best furniture/ products to meet their needs
  • Creating the best friend shopping experience
  • Assist with the merchandising of product throughout the Nestled store
  • POS Transactions for Friends (sales, inventory look ups, placing special orders)

Inventory Specialist

Parenting is hard, and everyone wants the best for their children. That’s where we come in! At Snuggle Bugz, we look to instill confidence in parents navigating the early stages of Parenthood. Currently we are missing a critical link (aka YOU) and seeking a candidate armed with passion and the ability to provide support.

Our Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and levels. The position requires someone with attention to detail to provide consistent support for the distribution centre in maintaining and updating inventory. Our Inventory Specialist will excel at investigating inventory discrepancies at all locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, review and adjust inventory discrepancies
  • Share ownership of the retail support email account to assist retail stores with various requests
  • Schedule carrier pickups from vendors, and to/from retail stores
  • Diligently monitor and fulfil requests for supplies to be delivered to retail stores from retail support
  • Generate special order transfers for promotions and other initiatives
  • Partner with other departments to support with inventory initiatives and inventory accuracy
  • Understand the distribution centre layout and be competent in understanding of the location system to accurately locate product and troubleshoot missing inventory
  • Play a key role in inventory count planning, execution and processing
  • Play a key role in inventory related projects
  • Order office, retail and warehouse consumable supplies
  • Comply with corporate policies at all times
  • Other duties as may reasonably be assigned by management
